Gazipur, Bangladesh — Signtech Technology Ltd has officially completed and commissioned a mammoth industrial HVAC contract for Aman Graphics & Designs Ltd, a leading export garment manufacturing plant.
The complex blueprint required a highly reliable cooling system capable of countering massive heat loads generated by garment machinery and high worker occupancy while keeping ambient indoor noise low. Signtech deployed Samsung's premium DVM outdoor condensers linked with custom High Static Pressure (HSP) ducted units to distribute cool air evenly across the massive manufacturing floor.
Post-commissioning energy logs show an immediate 22% drop in building cooling electricity consumption compared to legacy chiller systems, highlighting the efficiency of modern inverter technology.
